Junior Associate – Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC)

Location: Remote (U.S. licensed)

Level: 2–3 years post-JD experience at a top big law firm for startups

Compensation: Competitive base + bonus + equity

The Role

We’re hiring a Junior ECVC Associate to join our core legal team. You’ll work directly with the founder and startup GCs on fast-paced, venture-backed transactions and get hands-on experience building the legal infrastructure for the next generation of breakout companies.
