The Role

We’re hiring an experienced Corporate Paralegal (ECVC) to join our core legal team.

You’ll work closely with attorneys and startup clients to support venture financings and corporate matters.

This role requires prior Big Law experience at a leading firm such as Cooley, Wilson Sonsini, Fenwick, Gunderson, Goodwin, or equivalent.

What You’ll Do

• Form and maintain Delaware corporations and related entities
• Prepare and file corporate documents, consents, and state filings
• Support venture financings (SAFEs, convertible notes, preferred stock)
• Manage closing checklists, signature pages, and post-closing packages
• Maintain and update cap tables using Carta or Pulley
• Communicate directly with founders, investors, and attorneys
