The Role

We’re hiring a Corporate Paralegal (ECVC) to join our core legal team.

You’ll work closely with our attorneys and startup clients to support fast-paced venture financings and corporate matters while helping us build efficient, scalable legal workflows.

What You'll Do

• Assist with entity formations, corporate filings, and legal documentation for early-stage startups.
• Conduct legal research and surface relevant insights using both traditional tools and AI.
• Draft, review, and revise contracts, cap tables, and investor documentation.
• Help build and refine legal prompt libraries for our AI assistant.
• Contribute to internal processes to streamline and modernize legal workflows.
